Rogue Chef’s Greatest Hits
I have been receiving more and more requests to take specific posts, and rework / expand them. Maybe this will include more background on the primary ingredient, or on the culture of the cuisine, or a in depth on the technique used, perhaps more how to photos or just a list of how to change the recipe for a different flavor.

As this will entail a large amount of work to produce a “cook book / text book” level of post, rather than my usual quick note to myself. I’ll not be doing this every day, but I will make every effort to have one a week. (See my post, It IS all about the TASTE!)
It is a given that I will be trying new techniques, (both in the kitchen, and in the data center) to ensure non-boring reading and even more exciting cooking / eating.
At the same time I (my team) will be working to review the Rogue Chef Archives, update / reformat / tag / re-tag the older posts for a better search ability, and a more portable print format. (One person is swearing he can setup a index card pdf file for each post so all you need to do is download the file and print..) That I’ll have to see in action….
